Tool Fab designs and manufactures special tools that help our world-class manufacturing customers achieve maximum machining efficiency and profitability. Tool Fab offers the widest variety of custom-engineered/special cutting tools in the United States. We manufacture special tools (indexable, TCT, solid carbide, HSS, and cartridges, etc.) all under one roof in our manufacturing facility located in Milwaukee, WI. You might say that we offer “one-stop shopping” for special tools. Tool Fab’s special tool manufacturing lead times are very consistent and among the quickest in the country at 2-6 weeks depending on the type of tool ordered. We design/build Indexable Specials in a variety of shank styles (i.e. Cat 30/40/50, BT, Tapered, ABS, Capto, HSK, Flange-mount, Arbor-mount, etc.). Our tools are high-performance/close-tolerance tools, but Tool Fab’s prices are very competitively priced. Tools are built to Approval Prints reviewed and signed by our customers (engineered via Solidworks 3D Solid Modeling Software). We stand behind the tools we design/manufacture. Tool Fab also manufactures standard catalog tools (available for immediate delivery out of a large stock of inventory) such as Schmarje solid carbide and TCT Thread Mills, Indexable Port Tools & inserts, Indexable Carbide Shank Boring Bars, Mold Tooling (holders and inserts), McCrosky Adjustable Reamers, Nobursink Deburring & Countersinking Tools, Serrated Bladed Milling Cutters, Serrated Blades and Wedges, Indexable Cap-screw Counterbores, Chamfer Mills and ISO Cartridges in various sizes and insert pocket designs.
