We are located on the North side of Houston, within 15 minutes of IAH airport, we have 25,000 sqft of manufacturing space, of which, 15,000 sqft is under 5 Ton overhead cranes. Lift Truck capabilities of 3000# indoor or outdoor. Major Equipment within the Sheet Metal Shop: 2018 Mitsubishi 4KW Fiber Laser Cutting Table – 60” x 120” sheet size and 1” steel, 3/4” stainless, 1/2” aluminum capacity. 2012 AKS / Hypertherm 2KW Fiber Laser Cutting Table – 60” x 120” sheet size and 5/8” steel, 1/2” stainless, 1/4” aluminum capacity. 2012 Haco Press Brake – 225 ton capacity, 12’ bed, 10’ between uprights. 1989 Haco / Atlantic Press Brake – 150 ton capacity, 12’ bed, 9’ between uprights; Refurbished in 2020 including Updated Controls & Drives. 1958 Pacific Press Brake – 750 ton capacity, 20’ bed, 14’ between uprights; Refurbished in 2014 including Updated Controls & Drives. 1946 Cincinnati Shear – 12’ cut length, 1/4" steel, 3/16” stainless, & 3/8” Aluminum capacity, Refurbished in 2018. Major Equipment within the Weld Shop: Two (2) Stations consisting of: Miller Dynasty 300 Multi Process Welders. Two (2) Stations consisting of: Miller Digital Syncrowave 250 Tig Machine & Millermatic 252 Mig Machine. The above welding equipment is all newer than 2018.
