Our 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia area has production capabilities for the following processes: Cut Sheet Vacuum Forming, up to 48" x 96" Cut Sheet Pressure Forming, up to 48"x 72" x 10" deep Cut Sheet Manual Pressure forming for lower volume products Free Blow Forming for Lighting Domes and Security Domes 3 5 axis CNC fabrication, cutting area up to 50" x 100" 3 axis Laser fabrication, cutting area up to 50" x 100" Injection Molding, 8 machines from 77 ton through 700 ton Flat Sheet extrusion, up to 60" wide and ranging in thickness from 0.020" to 0.250" Various Finishing techniques- sand blasting, silk screening, and painted finishes Fulfillment- RLR can provide finished good packaging services upon request for any product market We have had over 50 years of experience in processing Acrylic, Polycarbonate, and other engineering grade plastic materials
