Precision Fabricating & Cleaning Co., Inc. (PFC) was founded in 1964. PFC supplies precision cleaning, component testing and reconditioning, and fabrication services to a wide range of industries, such as, aerospace, electronics, automotive, and food processing. Our capabilities include hydrostatic and pneumostatic test facilities, cold flow and cold shock testing with LN2, GHe leak testing with mass spectrometers, CNC lathe and 2D mill, 3-axis CNC machining center, rolls, brakes, shears, punches, EPA/OSHA approved, enclosed paint and abrasive blast facilities. Our cleaning facilities include a Class 10000 cleanroom, with work cells that meet Class 100, that is certified to FED- STD- 209, vacuum oven for drying parts, degreasing/descaling tanks, ultrasonic cleaning baths, passivation, 10,000 psi water jet cleaning nozzles (portable for field cleaning), and analysis laboratory (and mobile laboratory to analyze field cleaning projects). PFC offers MIG, TIG, and orbital welding.
