SPEEDLOC -- fixture changeover in a few minutes with .0004\" repeatability. This is the strongest, most durable, most affordable system on the market compared to zero point systems or competing mechanical devices like the Jergens Ball Lock. Complete turnkey services are available to help outfit one machine or an entire factory, with a quick change system that operates across all your vertical and horizontal machines. The SpeedLoc system can be integrated into cast tooling columns from companies like Abbott or Tombstone City. Our patented fixture plate docking system allows for ultimate ease of fixture changeover in horizontal machining applications. Just hang the fixture plate on the column face and secure with SpeedLoc. MODLOC -- A new concept in horizontal tooling columns. The face of our modular tombstone can also be used as the fixture plate. It can be removed, changed, repaired or replaced in minutes. These modular tombstone columns are assembled with SpeedLoc and can be reconfigured to a number of uses. Their design makes them perfect for use in hydraulic work holding applications. Traditional T-Columns outfitted with SpeedLoc quickchange are also offered. SPINLOC -- Mechanical Indexer solutions for Horizontal and Vertical Machining centers. These indexers, in five degree and one degree increments, use a hirth gear coupling design to provide accurate positioning with rigid locking ability. The indexers are outfitted to tooling columns, trunnions or rotary table to provide additional planes of access to your spindle. No power or special controls are needed as the machine tool actuate the SpinLoc to gain four or five axis indexing capabilities. SPINSELECT -- Imagine reducing the time it takes to index a carbide insert on your CNC lathes by 85%. How about adding the ability to hold 5 different inserts at one turret location. SpinSelect not only does that but also increases rigidity and tool life. Available for turrets or manual engine lathes (such and Dorian or Aloris tool posts).
