LL Mechanical Contractors is a Plumbing and HVAC contractor based in St. George, UT that has been in operation since January of 1967. Our annual workload has been evenly dispersed between plumbing and HVAC contracts. We completely cover division 15 of the specifications, with the exception of fire protection. We have completed over 300 projects in the last eight years. We have an impeccable payment record having paid every invoice in the month it was due and pledge that same performance on future projects. We have never been declined a bond that we have requested, nor have we ever had a claim under any bonded project. We are a company with lasting integrity, financial strength, and dependability. We place the highest regard on quality and performance.
