Industrial Hanger & Conveyor Co. is a full design and build manufacturer of overhead conveyance tooling, material handling conveyors, racks, carts and other material process equipment. We also offer a complete sheet metal processing facility, that is able to produce custom parts, control enclosures, paint and spray booths. Our process capabilties include mild steel, stainless and aluminum. At our facility in Fremont, Ohio we can design and build a solution to meet your needs. Industrial Hanger has over 55 years of experience in making overhead conveyor tooling for different processes used directly and indirectly in the manufacturing of a product. We are designers of custom tooling, which is used to maximize the part density in paint and porcelain systems. We have years of experience in working mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and the nickel alloys into tooling required for different processes. We are capable of taking an actual part and develop the hang patterns and tooling required to present the most parts per foot of conveyor. ​We are not simply manufacturers of prefabricated tooling, all the tools we make are designed to meet the customer’s specific parts and system requirements. We have produced tooling for flow-coat, E-coat, Autopheritic, Ransburg disk & bell, powder paint and porcelain systems along with the tooling required in the porcelain furnaces. In addition to the tooling portion of our business, we also build special machinery to the customer’s or our design. We have built automatic carton systems for applying a carton over a finished product then folding and sealing the product inside the box. We have build special conveying equipment along with almost any type of sheet metal part or guard.
