Fort Defiance Industries LLC (FDI) is an ISO 13485:2018 registered and FDA approved medical device manufacturing company that provides ruggedized medical equipment for use in military field hospitals, disaster relief hospitals, and remote area medical clinics. In operation since 2006, FDI has earned a strong reputation as the "can-do" company, innovating new products to meet the ever-changing demands of mobile medical equipment. We are located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Loudon, TN, just a few miles from Interstates 75 and 40, and only 30 minutes from Knoxville, TN. We are actively seeking to diversify into markets beyond military medical. The FDI team has tremendous engineering, fabrication, machining, coating, assembly, and testing skills and knowledge. We are seeking customers/buyers to develop long-term relationships.
