We are a 3rd generation owned Machine Shop. We are a fully equipped manual and CNC machine shop. On the manual side we have several Bridgeports, lathes for work up to 18 inches in diameter and 15 feet long. We have cylindrical grinders to grind your o.d. and i.d to the close tolerances you desire. We have a surface grinder and a key seat machine to cut key ways on your I.D. We have a 12x12x12 heat treat oven for your tool steel you would like hardened. On the CNC side we recently purchased a new mill the Mazak VCN-570C and a new lathe the Mazak 250MY. Those go along with the Mazak twin spindle lathe we have to do other high quantity items such as custom bolts, pins, etc. for quick run times and turn around times. We also have a 3D scanner and printer. We have very highly trained machinist for all of our CNC and manual equipment so there is not much we are not capable of doing.
