Welcome to Cadillac Fabrication, manufacturers of quality welded fabricated products since 1982. We welcome any project from a small mounting bracket to an eight story stair tower, Cadillac Fabrication will complete it within budget and on time. Welding- Stainless, aluminum or carbon steel. Forming- Capabilities range from 225 ton 12' press brake to 4' hand brake and an 8' roll. Machining- Milling, drilling, tapping, etc. Cutting- High definition plasma cutter handles 5'x10' sheets up to 3/4" thick. As well as torching, hand plasma, and an 8' shear. Design- We will work with you to expand on an existing idea or start from scratch to develop the perfect product for you using AutoCAD 2006. Abrasive Blasting- 60' blast booth with the ability of using various materials as appropriate for each project. All material is reclaimed to minimize the environmental impact. Coatings- 64' cross-draft drive thru paint booth with baking capabilities for applying waterbase, enamels, acrylics, two part epoxies, etc. Inspection- In house certified welding inspector. Certification- Upon request, we offer Professional Engineer certification on our designs. Installation- Expert field installation crew
