Since 1945 Bescast, Inc. has been casting alloys including aluminum; ferrous; nickel; and cobalt base air and vacuum melt. Castings pour weights range up to 800 lbs. for air melt alloys, 150 lbs. for aluminum, and 100 lbs. for vacuum melt super-alloys. Our manufacturing techniques include pre-formed low pressure and high pressure ceramic cores; use of soluble cores; wax/plastic patterns; vacuum assist casting; roll-over casting; double chamber vacuum casting for super alloys; wire EDM gate removal; and vacuum heat treat.
