We have a good history with many vendors working with tight tolerance and rush deliveries. Americut Corp. is compatible of designing and building progressive dies, extrusion dies, plastic molds, and sub-contract machining work. Our equipment consist of (5) large wire edms, one has 24in. thickness travel,one has a 20in.X 30in. travel, ram edms, cnc lathes, grinders, mills, hole poppers, can hole pop as small as .006 dia., and a cnc fadal 40x20,Mazak CNC mill. Experienced in all materials d-2, carbide, stainless, graphite, ceramics.
